Recreational Grade Vs. Commercial Grade

Recreational Grade

Recommended for non-commercial residential use such as toddler birthday parties, small family gatherings, etc.
Recommended for children ages 3 and up.
Product Warranty from 30 days to 1 year (depending on manufacturer) against defects.
More affordable than commercial type units.
Manufactured with heavy-duty vinyl backed fabric with reinforced bounce floor surface.
Each Residential unit includes a Blower, Stakes and Patch Kit.
Easily operated in your backyard, indoors or where adequate clearance and power is accessible.
Weight capacity: 1-5 kids (100lbs - 500lbs MAX).
Unit weight: 50lbs - 150lbs making it easy for one adult to move and requires little space to store.

Commercial Grade

Rated for commercial use such as Rental Businesses, Large Events, Several Adults, etc.
Recommended for children and adults with intentions of many people jumping at the same time.
Product Warranty ranging from 6 months - 2 years depending on the manufacturer.
Manufactured with heavy-duty commercial grade material.
Most Commercial units are typically much larger requiring more clearance space. Most units are not rated for indoor use in a home.
Weight capacity: Depends on size of unit.
More expensive than residential units due to the size and commercial grade quality of the material. Prices typically start at $1,000.00 for new products.
Unit weight: 100lbs - 300lbs which requires assistance to move and larger space to store.
Commercial Bounce Houses and Water Slides are manufactured with breathable material and operated with a continuous airflow blower.

When playing on any recreational inflatable product it is normal for children to experience more sag from their weight than they would on commercial grade bouncers, which are designed to accommodate a large number of children and adults at a time of varying ages and weights.

15 Day Return Policy

If for any reason you wish to return your “Un-Opened” and “Un-Used” product(s), please contact a customer service representative at 1-866-948-0005 or email: orders@homebouncehouses.com to obtain a return authorization number. All products being returned must have a “Return Authorization Number”.

Shipping costs of the returned product(s) is the responsibility of the customer. Please return item(s) to HomeBounceHouses.com insured at their full value. Upon arrival and inspection of the product(s) we will credit the consumer the cost of the product less the initial “Free” shipping costs incurred by HomeBounceHouses.com. Should an item be returned open but still new and un-used, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

HomeBounceHouses.com does not provide "Free Rentals." Our return policy is exchange only, and we will not provide any refunds for used items.

If you find your product to be defective, you must contact us at 1-866-948-0005 for a return authorization number within 72 hours of delivery. Should the returned item(s) be deemed defective upon inspection by the homebouncehouses.com staff, we will send you a replacement item at no charge.

Warranty claims may only be made by the purchaser on record or for whom the item(s) was purchased for as a gift.

Domestic Orders

Homebouncehouses.com offers Free Ground shipping services via UPS to the lower 48 states for all orders over $99. Most in stock orders placed by 2PM PST will ship the same day. Home Bounces Houses does offer expedited shipping at an additional cost. Please contact our customer service department at 1-866-948-0005 or visit our contact page to request a quote on an expedited shipment cost. All orders are shipped with signature required unless specified otherwise.

Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico

Customers will be charged additional transportation fees for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

International Orders

Homebouncehouses.com can ship outside of the United States including Canada and Mexico. We have a dedicated staff responsible for all orders shipping outside of the United States. Please contact a customer service representative at 1-866-948-0005 if you would like to place an order shipping internationally.
Customers are responsible for all taxes and Duties, Taxes, Brokerage Fees and any other applicable fees associated with orders shipping outside of the United States. The shipping quote provided by Homebouncehouses.com for international orders only represents the freight and handling costs.

Freight Shipments IMPORTANT

Customers are required to thoroughly inspect all packages and boxes immediately upon delivery. Failure to inspect the goods upon delivery releases the freight company from undiscovered damages once the product is accepted and signed for. As per the policies and regulations of the freight companies, shipping liability is transferred to the customer once goods are signed for. Do Not assume that the contents of your package(s) are undamaged if the box appears to be intact. Sign for any damages accordingly, including damaged packaging, upon delivery your product(s).

When Will My Order Arrive?

Most orders are shipped the same day from our warehouse when the order is received by 2PM PST. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground Services, unless otherwise specified. Delivery time is calculated using business days. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday unless expedited shipping services are requested.

Operations, Care & Storage

Recreational bounce houses include everything you need to start jumping in a matter of minutes. Just
remove your bouncer from its storage bag, unroll, connect the inflatable tube to the blower and inflate.

Inflatable bouncers should be placed on level ground (grass, dirt or carpeted surface) and be at least 6’ away from all objects including trees, overhead branches, fences, bodies of water, electrical wires and laundry lines. Stake the bouncer into the ground using the included stakes.

To maintain proper inflation, the blower must be allowed to run continuously during the products use.

Every manufacturer’s product is made specifically for indoor and/or outdoor use. Items that are marked in their description for indoor/outdoor can be used accordingly. Little Tikes does not suggest indoor use on any of their inflatable products.

Your product’s surface is washable only. To remove dirt, mildew or stains, clean the area with either rubbing alcohol or a mild laundry detergent with a bleaching agent. Thoroughly clean and dry the area with a soft (non abrasive) cloth. Make sure the inflatable surface is completely dry before storing to avoid mildew and other problems.

HomeBounceHouses.com recommends that any inflatable product be deflated and stored away in a dry place (in it’s storage bag if included) after each use. All inflatable products are manufactured to be
fade-resistant, but not fade proof. Colors can start to fade over time, especially if the product is in an area where it is exposed to direct sunlight.
